With regard to the powers of management on the Canton Kowloon Railway this Linistry will be very pleased to discuss with you immediately a satisfactory arrangement in conformity with the loan agreement, and to put such new arrangement into operation without
delay.
As regards the junction line, if the Kuangtung Provincial Railway Company is not willing to construct it forthwith, this .inistry will instruct the Canton Kowloon Railway Administration to proceed with its
construction far as soon as your Corporation makes
funds available for this purpose.
